چکیده

We investigated acoustic and acousto-optic properties of glasses based on germanium, selenium, silicon tellurium. The results measurement are presented for two group including selenium tellurium (GeSeTe) (SiTe). major characteristics such as the velocity longitudinal shear waves well values figure merit presented. obtained by diffraction at wavelength optical radiation λ = 3.39 μm. also present measurements attenuation α in ultrasound frequencies range f 75-100 MHz. Keywords: acousto-optics, merit, silicon, tellurium, waves.
